Refund Policy

Because our services require time, energy and supplies that we cannot get back, a full refund will never be offered. If in the case you are not satisfied with the service, contact us and we will either schedule a time with you to fix the mistake or we will apply a partial refund. 

Refunds and fixes will only occur if something within our service agreement has not been completed or if there is a valid complaint. Refunds and fixes are given on a case by case basis. Again, contact us if you are unhappy with the service you were provided.
