A legal disclaimer
MJS Cleaning Inc provides residential and commercial cleaning services as described on our website or in your service agreement. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion.
Booking and Scheduling
All appointments must be booked in advance. We will confirm your appointment date via email, phone or text. Cancelations and rescheduling appointments must be done at least 24 hours before the appointment time. If a cancelation or rescheduling happens less than 24 hours of your appointment, a fee may be charged of up to 50% of the cost of service.
If we arrive at the location of the service and are unable to access the location, within 20 minutes of waiting, the full service fee may be charged.
Payments
Payments are due at the completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to additional fees. Accepted payment methods will be listed in your service agreement and/or estimate document, as these may change.
Limitations of Liability
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage such as wear and tear. We are a cleaning company not a maintenance company. We are not responsible for fixing or repairing anything within your space, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
